Okay, so here is my Ultimate Burger entry...

I forgot to get pictures of the prep and pre-cook, but I ground up 1lb of prime rib (70/30), added an egg and bread crumbs and formed two large 1/2lb patties.

I then reheated some previously cooked (breakfast) peameal and regular bacon on a cast iron griddle.

Then I built some grilled cheese sandwhiches with marble cheddar and sliced bread using the same CI griddle.

Then I bumped up the heat a little bit and added the big prime rib patties.

Here is everything cooked, ready to start the build.

Then using some skewers to hold it otgether (this was big!), I piled it up.

A little garnish, and here it is plated.

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.
