This particular throwdown came at the perfect time, as the garden was in full blossom.
Just about everything, except the baby corn was pick fresh out of our own garden for this entry.

I went and pick and cut up yellow tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, white onions, red onion, green onion, garlic, cucumber, eggplant, green beans, baby corn, then fresh herbs, basil, pineapple mint, parsley and garlic chives.

I then threw it all into a large ziplock freezer bag with a bottle of Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing for a couple of hours. After it was all happy, I added it to my BBQ basket and got the Keg ready to rock at high heat.

Here's the part you can't see (actually smell) from the throwdown pic. I hit it hot with some heavy hickory smoke, which absorbed great!

After a couple of flips of the basket, here is what it looked like, ready to be pulled.

Here it is all plated up, where I added a real nice balsamic glaze reduction.

And a close up pic.

Nice job I really can almost taste it.
Got my vote.

You are my idol. Grin Since I'm a current member of the zero vote club. I still think I can win one of these.

Wait a minute ... if you notice, this cook was done on the demo BKK 4000 we borrowed for the BBQ Competition.
This Keg was used to win both the Veggie Throwdown and the Kids Q Grand Champion.
We shouldn't have given it back to OMC!  Angry Carnivore Jr is going through withdrawls...

Nope. It wasn't stated in the rules that you couldn't be jacked up on steroids or other controlled substances. Perfectly fare entry.

I know I'd have to be impaired in some way to make an all veggie dish Grin Grin

I hope you guys know I'm jacking around with you. I thought this throw down was the best!!! Even the tofu.
