I have never seen balls from a Wild Boar before!
Maybe Ranbeaux can verify this after he is done with his new high powered toy!

It's a very light 22 caliber pellet
It won't kill the boar
A well placed shot can shoot the testis off

We know who contributed the boar balls Grin

My momma would smack me if I spit anything let alone a good rabbit meal she cooked.  That one looks better'n hers (sorry mom).

You can get boar balls in California.  Best way is to use those long handled pruning shears and sneak up behind the boar while he's chowin down on some bait.  It's quite a sport down south I hear.  Wink

Sorry not eating anything that represents itself as testicles - just too painful to think about

So, this was a dijon cream sauce.  I must admit, I was rather bummed when I took this off the grill and it didn't look all that great.  I tell you what though.  It actually tasted phenomenal.  I was quite pleasantly surprised at the taste.  Working with those pastry sheets was not easy at all though.  Oh well.  First throwdown and I didn't get in the zero vote club.  Thanks to all of you that didn't enter so I had a better chance of getting votes  Grin Grin Grin
