I bought one of theese they are great for jaleps / ABT's - inderect is required at 300-325 for 40 min and yes I wrap in bacon

anybody have this recipe archived?  Ricky Bobby's orignal post is not showing up.  I have made them enough I could probably wing it but someone asked me for the recipe and thought i should make sure.

One thing I do different now is the slice the bacon lengthwise. You get a skinny piece of bacon that wraps completely around the pepper.
