Cookin' With Kegs <Fill in Year>  (which also works nicely as CWK)

And here's why...

They can't use Bubba anything because that name means nothing moving forward...

They can't use Keg (ie: KegFest) because then a few thousand college kids show up looking for free beer...

Beav, if this thing comes together and I can work it out to attend, I'll bring some beer of which you'll be welcome to partake freely. Ergo, free beer  Grin

You may have to bring your own koozie-- I'm not too good at remembering to bring stuff like that along. But beer-- that I'll remember!  Wink

I think "KEGS OF FIRE 2010" sounds fairly descent or "The coal of Keg 2010" Is it sad to say that ya might think you're in love with your BKCG? Huh

Men in Black..... "Intergalactic Kegger"

I'm thinking something more down to earth like..........

"The Keg Zone-- 2010
From back yard to game side"

RB,

I agree, the name should not allow for any "confusion" with other "fests" that may or may not be BBQ oriented.

- How about a nod to the original concept and include the other in zone products. "The Bubba Bash".
- Or to the frat boy in all of us.... "A Kegger" or "The Bubba Bender", "The Bubba Binge" maybe "The Bubba Blow Out"
- Maybe we should be more formal...."The Bubba Jubilee", ...Meh I, don't like the abreviation. What about the "Big Steel Jubilee".
- How about Scouty...."The Bubba Badge"  or "The Bubba Bonfire".
- Some Oscar-ish attitude might help..."The Bubba Gala" or "The Keg Karpet"
- You could do socially relevant..."Big Steel Rave"
- Also appropriate would be anything 'palooza, like "InZonapaloozza", "BigSteelapalooza" or "Bubbapalooza", <----My personal favorite.

I'll leave the more esoteric rhetoric for the Heroes of the month.

Mike D

you forgot Kegapaloozza
