Here ya go - My wife called it best damn pizza ever and has made me make 2 more times (it is very good but BDPE I do not know)

Spicy Peanut Sauce (enough for 2 15" pies you can freeze half)

1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 pinch of red pepper flake (to taste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut milk, water, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, hot sauce, ginger, and garlic add cilantro and mix in just before topping pizza.

I made the pizza skins brushed the whole dough with EVOO then topped with p-nut sauce

Sauteed chili lime seasoned shrimp
Piri Piri Hot Peppers
Small sweet pepper rings
Sliced green onion (white part)

Keg at 600 until browned properly
Top with green onion chopped cilantro and crispy noodle

Damn, that's similar to my Thai chicken pizza, although I haven't done one on the keg so no post/pics yet.

I'll bet you'll be making that again!

Nicely done Skins.  Great win.  I'll give this a try one day.

See post 18

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.
