Sat Paella Sunday Bar Towel Pork Tenderloin from Naked Whiz and Bobby Flay

Both very interesting on the Keg

2 one pound pork tenderloins with Dixie Dirt Rub then Kosher salt encased wrapped in wet bar towel

Grilled Coponata (Bobby Flay) Grilled eggplant, red onion, campari tomatoes (great recipe link below)

Grilled corn on the cob (soaked 1 hour in lightly salted water)

Salt boiled fingerling potatos (lots of salt you say both the corn and the pork were not salty tasting at all)

Homemade Yeast Rolls

The Pork, Salad and Corn were perfect juicy and slightly smoky

I included the web address to Naked Whiz Paella, I used my recipe with their technique and it worked very well; also sites for Bar Towel Pork & Bobby Flay recipe

Skinsandos,

I know you soaked the corn in salt water for an hour first, but how long did you grill them on the keg for, and at what temp?

Thanks
