Definitely roll them out thinner than I did. The recipe states it should have made 12 pretzels, I think I made 10.

And do not reheat them in the microwave the next day - YUCK! The texture was terrible after doing so.

They did reheat just fine in a 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes the following day and were almost as good as the day they were made.
