Boat,

Wish I was closer to Atlanta because it sounds like a lot of fun. Good luck with the event.

Hey all!  Just a bump and short update Wink

We now have Grilla (w/4 kegs) and and RazorbackJim (w/2 kegs) weighing in and giving us plenty of Kegs for the task at hand.  Should make for some great keggin pics Cool
Great Big Thanks Guys for your generosity Shocked

We still could use volunteers to help out and hang out with us.  This is all for a good cause and should be a good time too Grin  So grab your hot gloves, rib mop, put beverages on ice and get over here.  Bring your Keg questions and stories too! If you can make it let us know..

I really appreciate the bumps and comments from all the distant keggers that would like to, but can't make it.  I totally understand.  The same would be true for me if it were reversed Sad

Cheers!

Bump, This is still on guys!

And we could still use some more hands!  Any interested ATL area Keggers that want to hangout and cook with us are welcome.  If you not already a pro I just might be able to help you raise your game a bit too Wink  Or even better, you could teach me Cool  Either way it going to be fun  Grin

Post here or send me a PM.

Thanks!

TC, I think I remember you?  You stopped at my place 1st then tallked with Grilla for a while right? You can ask me all the Q questions you like Wink  We're just going to be hanging out and cooking after all Cool  Here is a rough time table.  I edited my 1st post to include it also.

This is what I’m thinking for a time table.

Saturday 8 AM: inject 16 8lbs butt roasts
Saturday daytime: setup Kegs and cooking area hang out and chill a bit
Saturday PM: Rub butt roasts and put on Kegs, cook / tell stories till Sunday AM
Sunday 5-7 AM: Prep ribs, pull butts to rest, start ribs chill till noon
Sunday noon:  Pull ribs, cook hotdogs and burgers as needed till 5PM

I wish I had seen this earlier.  That would have been fun to help out...especially since that is about 20 miles away!!

Enjoy!
