I actually felt like eating something a lil healthy tonight and since the wife just returned home late this afternoon I thought I do a sort of quick cook.
I put about 2 lbs of green beans to steam while I whipped up a quick marinade for fish.

 Marinade for Fish
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. lemon juice
3-5 dashes Tabasco

Blend the fish marinade in a large, shallow platter. Marinate the fish for about a minute on each side, then drain excess marinade.

Grill as usual but, be careful not to overcook.

While the fish marinated I finshed the beans in a wok.

Sweet & Spicy Green Beans

Ingredients
3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons canola oil
Directions
1.Arrange a steamer basket in a pot over boiling water, and steam the green beans 3 to 4 minutes.
2.In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, garlic chili sauce, and honey.
3.Heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans, and fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce mixture. Continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes, or until the liquid is nearly evaporated. Serve immediately.

Then it was time to put the tuna on the grill. Grill marks aren't that great I guess because the other day I scrubbed it really good when it was really hot.

No pictures of the wedge salads that are about the easiest salad to make. Mine was bleu cheese with fresh cracked black pepper.
This really was a delicious quick meal that we need to have more often.

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.

Maybe you should add the green beans to the title?
