Whipped up a cheesy hashbrown casserole.  Apple wood smoked with sharp cheddar cheese.  It's a hit with the family.

Ingredients:

2 pounds frozen hashbrowns
2/3 cup peeled and chopped white onion (or alter to your taste)
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted margarine or butter
1 16oz. container of sour cream
1 10.25 oz. can cream of chicken soup
4 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
1.  Set up the keg for 350* with your diffuser.
2.  Grease/spray an 11 x 14 casserole dish or dutch oven (I have used both with success).
3.  In a large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients. Set aside 2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
4.  Spread the mixture of ingredients in your casserole dish.
5.  Top with the reserved cheese.
6.  Add your favorite wood chunks and keg for 45 min. or until cheese begins to bubble and turn slightly brown.
7.  DIG IN

Ready to hit the keg

Ready to be taken off

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.

It's fantastic.  It's also cheap and easy.   Grin   If anyone wants the recipe, just let me know and I will post the way I make it.
