Big STEELERS Keg

I was pressed for time last night so I used a pre made crust.

I layered it with buttermilk ranch and fresh mozz.

When it came off I loaded it up with fresh arugula, EVOO and Fresh Shaved Grana Padano.

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

½ cup mayo
½ cup sour cream
1 cup whole buttermilk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp Mexican oregano
¼ tsp Hot Spanish paprika
Ksalt & White Pepper to taste

Take it for a whirl and store in the fridge.

Nice pie Bigtom.

Buttermilk ranch sauce sounds good.  I may have to give it a try.

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.
