Smokem if youv'e got them

Threw a little bread on.




Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup softened butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup blueberries    (thawed and drained if frozen)
Directions:
1 In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the blueberries.
2 Mix at low speed until well blended, then beat at medium speed for 2-minutes.
3 Fold in the blueberries.
4 Turn into a loaf pan which is greased on the*bottom only*.
5 Bake at 350-f for 60-70 minutes until done.
6 Cool 10 minutes then remove pan and let cool fully before slicing.

Thats a nice looking loaf.  If you are posting this you must have something better planned for the throwdown.  Cant wait to see it.
