Ingredients
Tilapia Fillets
Lemon Juice
Shredded Potatoes remove any extra moisture.
Nutmeg, Salt, & Pepper.
Flour
Oil for Frying.

Served with the Spaghetti Squash

1 Season the tilapia filets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2 Season the grated potatoes with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3 Add the egg yolks.
4 Coat the fish filets with flour, making sure that any excess flour is shaken of.
5 Cover both sides of the filets with the poato mix, pressing it on lightly.
6 In a large non stick skillet heat some oil.
7 Fry the fish filet on one side until the potato crust is golden brown, then turn over and fry the other side until evely golden.
8 You might have to use two skillets or do this in batches, don't overload the skillet.

Great looking cook Smokin.  If you don't mind my saying, if you adjust the white balance on your camera, or adjust the white balance of the pics on your computer, your pics would look more appetizing.

Nice cook, SiP!  Nice compliment to the Stella.  Did you shred the taters, or are they packaged hash browns?

JD - nice job to you too!
