Big STEELERS Keg

I didn’t takes as many setup shots as I would have liked, but it was a crazy day for food prep, as you guys know. Here is a summary of the process.

1 First grill off some medium shrimp that have been soaked in your favorite marinade. (Worcest-Mustard-Lemon)
2 Cut a pocket, to the bone, on the NY side
3 Stuff with grilled shrimp and arrange
4 Rub with your favorite mix – I kept it light on salt because of the bacon
5 Wrap bacon around steak in a weave fashion, overlapping and trimming tight on the other side - REPEAT
6 Open the doors wide to heat up bubba and grill 3-3-3-3 with the top down to desired temp
7 I cut away each side of the T and then sliced those up. Ideally each slice has a piece of shrimp and bacon with it
8 If you desire, you can whip up a quick Béarnaise Sauce (cider vinegar-tarragon-egg yolks-lemon-cayenne-butter)
9 Cry in your beer as you watch your Steelers lose the Super Bowl.

Enjoy.

There would have been a HUGE fight over here with only one item cooked for the SB. Especially THAT item!

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.
