BBQ is all the same basic idea.  Throw some meat onto the fire, cover, get drunk, pass out, wake up and 14 hours later, eat.  This is not a highly refined art form.

It's simple. Just knock off all the hanging black stuff before you throw it in there. A burnout before hand would be a good idea too. Mine is going through one right now and I can't believe somebody hasn't called the Fire Department?Huh


Breads with milk and eggs need 350, breads without it need 450. Both are obtainable with the Keg. Treat it like you would a pizza with the stone so it is preheated.
