Official Super Bowl Throwdown 2011

1 - Grilled Wings 3 ways:  Lemon Pepper, Buffalo, and BBQ honey hot. Smoked with hickory and apple chips - RENEGADE

2 - Sopes filled with hickory smoked pork shoulder with a mole coloradito - HOOKEMHORNS

Garnished with grilled pineapple red onion salsa, ancho salsa negra and Mexican crema.



3 - Shaved ribeye & chopped tenderloin steak sandwich on garlic roll with Wisconsin horseradish cheddar - JUICEMAN

Plated  - I didn't get a shot of it plated, because the ABT's and Moinks flew off the platter before I could get some on my plate with the pork

Man, voting in this th'owdown was as tough as any of them! After looking at entry #1, I just knew that's the one I was gonna vote for... until I looked at entry #2... and entry #3... etc., etc.  Huh

Just one of these times, can't we just vote for all of them and have done with it Cheesy ?!? You guys are just making it too tough on us poor voters. Have a heart!

Are you guys kidding me  Shocked. Way to step up guys these are awesome. I just had a really bad week, then I didn't get an entry in, and to top it all off the superbowl party that I went to didn't have anything close to any of these cooks.

BBQ is all the same basic idea.  Throw some meat onto the fire, cover, get drunk, pass out, wake up and 14 hours later, eat.  This is not a highly refined art form.
