Let me be clear! IMHO Cajunator you are one of the Premier cooks on this board and “ALL” of your cooks are very welcome additions to the Whats Cooking section!

I personally and those that eat what I cook have benefited from your posts and skills.   Please don’t stop posting them though.  That would be a tragedy and we would all be the lesser for it  Cry

Thanks,
Boat

Thanks Boat, I understand and have no problem with that. Guys, I can't and won't lie just to get a recipe posted.
I did this indoors on the stovetop. There's a chance it could be done on the keg, I'd have to try it, to know for sure.
Aside from that, might I suggest that there be another subject section added for "Non-Keg Cooked Foods" for this type of recipe. There are many good recipes that are cooked indoors that we could all contribute to and learn from. Not to mention all the dessertsl ike homemade ice cream and pralines and so on.

I'll catch flak for this but, SOMETIMES there are other foods other than grilled or smoked meats.  Wink Huh Grin

Thanks Boat, I think it will add more recipes and conversation to the forum. Do you think it would be more appropiate under "Non-Keg Discusion" though?

Others might disagree, but I think cooks belong in "Whats Cooking"!  We can sort it out from there.  I've never had an issue with all of your cooking posts being there.  We might even need to go back after a few old ones Wink  Conversations would be non-keg.  Sound fair?
