Did some wings at about 325-350 with a little pecan wood.  Made a wing sauce out of some butter, garlic, Trappys Louisiana Hot Sauce and Worcestershire sauce

Their pickled Jalapeno peppers are really good. Only ones we buy.  All of their other pickled pepper varieties are also excellent!
We always have a jar of the jalaps in the fridge and another in the cupboard.  When the one in the fridge is gone, the one in the cupboard goes in the fridge and Trappey's goes on the grocery list.....LOL

Their pickled okra and banana peppers are excellent also and we're never without a jar of hot peppers in vinegar for splashing on turnip greens or collards.
