Tried this recipe last night and it was great.  Made some great leftovers for today too.

I did sumpin along these lines last year.  Looks like there's been some improvin to what I did.  Man that looks good.  I quit doin' butts cause I gained 5 lbs everytime I cooked them.  Grin

I did something like this 2 weeks ago. I had made a "typical" pork butt, I used half of the pulled pork to make some tacos. I poured some Lowry's Baja Chipolte marinade over some of the pork and let it soak in a covered dish for about an hour. The meat was still very hot at this point. The neighbors said it was some of the best food I've made on the keg so far.

Awesome!  When we do carnitas, we always do it in a big cast iron dutch oven with citrus juice (traditional way), so the meat fries it its own fat and crisps up, but yours looks darn good!  Man, you're making me hungry now, good thing there's some pulled pork in the freezer!
