Smokem if youv'e got them

Threw a meatloaf and twiced baked potato casseroll on the grill.
2 lbs Ground beef
3 Eggs
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1tsp Salt
1tsp Onion salt
1tsp Italian seasoning
3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
16 oz Tomato sauce
Mix Beef, Eggs, Cracker, Salts, Seasoning, and 8oz Tomato Sauce Together.
Spread out on foil or waxed paper, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and seal ends like a jelly roll.
Keg at 350 for one hour.
Remove excess grease and add remaining 8 oz of tomato sauce.
Keg for another 20 minutes.






Did I Mention how cold outside.

That looks fantastic. I need to add meatloaf or in particular, stuffed meatloaf to the list of things I must cook on the Keg. And that cold air just makes it run better!

Bubba does meatloaf (pronounced... ev-er-y-thing  Wink ) great!!! I like the smokiness I get in them. Ill take a couple slices and a huge scoop of them taters.
