Entry 1 (Boat-N-BBQ)
Homemade Sweet/hot BBQ Glaze, Shredded Brisket Point, Pre-grilled Canadian Bacon, Purple Onion, Jalapeño Pepper, Anaheim Pepper, Chili Pepper, Mexican four cheese combo




Entry 2 (Carnivore Jr)
olive oil, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, green olives and pepperoni




Entry 3 BBQN
Seasoned/Browned Ground Beef, sautéed in pizza sauce - Purple Onions/Baby Portabella Mushrooms (inside), Baby Portabella Mushrooms (on top), Mozzarella and White Extra Sharp Cheddar
 
White Pizza Sauce Ingredients 6 tbs. butter, 6 tbs. olive oil, 2 tbs. white wine, 1 tsp. rosemary, 1 tsp. basil
2 garlic cloves, minced sauté garlic in butter and olive oil




Entry 4 Ranbeaux
Double crust, Double stuffed, Whole wheat pizza..  SURF AND TURF
Toppings are as follows,  First 14" pizza round down and covered with thin sliced  heavily smoked Swiss cheese. Then lined with crab meat along the outer edge..
2nd 15" thin crust covers  Swiss and wraps around crab meat..creating the double stuff and double crust,   Homemade herbed pizza sauce, then fresh spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese added.  then red and yellow sliced peppers, more mozzarella  cheese, then Thinly sliced English round steak heavily marinated,  then thinly sliced Blacktip Shark, heavily marinated..  More cheese...  




Entry 5 BBQBeaver
thin crust, herbed oil, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, shreded parmesan, shredded provalone, raw garlic chunks, feta cheese cubes, sund dried tomatoes, green olives, pepperoni, grated parmasen, seasoned salt




Entry 6 Lunchman
mozzarella, green pepper, mushroom and Italian sweet sausage




Entry 7 YanknRebel
Sausage mushroom and roasted red pepper




Entry 8 Ronbeaux
New York style dough topped with chicken and sausage gumbo thickend with Mies breading for the sauce, topped with hunks of sausage and chicken and shrimp from the gumbo with tillamook cheddar cheese and mozzerela, fresh ripe banana peppers and baby bell peppers, and fresh herbs




Entry 9 SkinsandOs
Classic Cheese Pizza Scratch Pizza Sauce




Entry 10 SmokininPeosta
Deep Dish Chicago Style Crust with some cornmeal in the crust.
Layer of sausage sauteed with sweet yellow and red peppers, sweet red onions, and baby spinach, a thick layer of mozzarella cheese, a layer of pepperoni, topped with pizza sauce with finely diced tomatoes with olive oil and garlic




Entry 11 Redskinsbubba
yellow peppers, banana peppers, green peppers, mushrooms, scallions, hot & sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese




Entry 12 Vindii
Topping ingredients are Contadina pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, sausage, pepperoni, onion, and green peppers.  Crust is King Arthurs all purpose flour, instant dry yeast, salt, water, and olive oil

Really wanted to get in on this one but didnt have the time with work and closing a sale of one of my properties  Angry  I wouldnt have a problem eating a slice of any of those and going back for more. Nice work guys!

ps Its funny (or is it sad?) that if you look at this board enough you can recognize peoples granite or the brick on their house.  Cheesy Food pron is addictive!  Wink
