Hey all, I was able to pull this great recipe and pics back from my PC.
The original poster was "jroget"!  and he deserves all the credit!!!

Peanut Butter Dipping sauce
Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
•In a small saucepan, sauté onion in oil until tender. Add garlic;
cook 1 minute longer. Add the water, peanut butter, sugar and chili
powder. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until
slightly thickened.

•Remove from the heat; stir in the lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
Yield: 1-1/3 cups.
-------------------------------------------------------
I used jaccard meat tenderizer on chicken and marinated for 4 hours.
Cooked diffused on lower grate at 400* till 160* internal temp

The First Mate asked me to do this again and that is high praise folks!

Thanks,
Boat

I posted this recipe. Glad you liked it. I just noticed all my posts since I bought my BSK in August are gone.

Me, too.  I was able to bring back only one post.  I re-created a couple of more recipe ones.

Nice recipe, btw!

I am always looking for different sauces/marinades to cook with. I have another recipe for chicken that is just awesome. I will post it later. Remember that any of these recipes can be used on chicken wings, thighs, etc. Don't limit the marinade/grilling sauce recipe's to just chicken breasts.
