Lunchman, you are Italian and didn't include any fresh zucchini in the frittata?

I like to shred the zucchini and throw it in the frittata... great way to use up those extra squash....
Man, I haven't had one of those in eons - squash and eggs, another excellent omelet. And of course, that also brings to mind a fairly normal Saturday lunch of peppers and eggs in my household. I'm going to have to get busy with the CI skillet.
