posting a few pics of cooks i've done this week.

Grilled some wings the other night.  turned out great!  made a hot sauce with Trappy's Louisiana Hot Sauce

Friday night i mixed up some dough.  Used my sour dough starter.  This is a Rye Sourdough with fennel and caraway seed.  This turned out really nice

This morning i put a ~ 6lb pork butt on.  I haven't done pulled pork in a long time.  Pretty excited for dinner tonight. I'll try to remember to get some finished pics.  Rubbed with salt and pepper

Not sure why exactly i choose 238 for today...but been running at 238 for a while now.

all looks good, those wings got my attention
