We have a leg of lamb going on the keg for Chrismas eve and a Prime rib for New Years Eve.  Gonna be some good eating going on this week.

Coated the lamb with a mix of Greek Yogurt, garlic, cardamon, cinnamon, salt, pepper and sage and marinated overnight.  Served with sage buttered Hasselback potatoes and roasted butternut squash.

Looks great!  Merry Christmas.  I haven't cooked on the keg in about 2 weeks.  Just made a Ham in the oven.

Yes...first batch 20lbs....10lbs second....nice and smokey...wings were crispy...cooked at 375.
