Cooked a pot roast yesterday, put a chuck roast on and cooked for 3 hrs. at 275 then put roast in pan with potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms and added a pkg. onion soup mix then added about 2 cups beef broth and added some seasoning then covered with aluminon foil and cooked for another 3 hrs. at 275. turned out excellent..

Never thought about doing a roast like that on the keg.  Looks great!  Love the idea
