I made a sauce with Crystal hot sauce this time.  I usually use franks but have been trying other stuff lately.  Crystal is pretty good.  I actually have 1 gallon of Trappy's Louisiana hot sauce that i got a restaurant Depo store for $6

Crystal makes some pretty good products. I like their soy and Worcestershire sauces. They used to be about 5 blocks from where I grew up. You could always tell when they were making hot sauce. You could smell it in the air. Lol.......
They used to make yellow mustard and may still do so. Once a worker cleaning the huge tank they make stuff in fell in and died from the fumes of the mustard(the tank was empty).

Love the wings btw!
