Cooked a pig for my wife's Birthday last weekend on the Bubba Grill.  Turned out really good.  Everyone enjoyed it.

The pig weigh 72 lbs dressed, perfect size for a crowd of around 20-30.  I rubbed it down the night before and again just before putting it on.  Spritzed about every hour with a 1/3 pineapple juice, 1/3 apple cider vinegar, and 1/3 apple juice.  Was done in about 7 hrs, temp measured in the shoulder and ham.  Only my second time doing a pig and the first time on the Bubba Grill.  Will do again.
