Cooked some pork steaks yesterday for 3 3/4 hrs. indirect at 275  turned out very tender, could cut them with a fork, forgot to take picture of plated.

they look great unc.  They sell these at my local store but i never buy them.  Are they pretty much just a slice of the butt portion?

Yes they are, you should try them sometime they are very good, there best cooked slow. here's where I got it from years ago.
