3 were plain for the kids...3 were marinaded in a jerk paste i made and had a jerk sauce poured over top.  Turned out good!

Those look great, nice color.  Did you do those top rack all the way?
How was the skin, looks crispy not rubbery.

bottom rack first 20 minutes then top rack.

Skin was nice and crispy.  Did them for a little over an hour about 350.
