Store had rump roast on sale so I bought one to cook to 145 and make French dip sandwiches after the roast was  cold I sliced it fairly thin and put in beef stock which I added a pkg. of onion soup mix  and made sandwiches the picture of the sliced beef in pot didn't take too good but sandwich was very good and tender.
