Cooked a rib eye that I marinated in a bourbon sauce, turned out great. had a salad and frozen potatoes.

Everything is better with bourbon and that looks like a better steak Uncle.
Bamapat makes a bourbon marinated beef tenderloin, a Paula Deen recipe I think.  Hadn't done it in a few years, thanks for the reminder Uncle.
