Great looking plate.  How'd you like the chicken?  I fixed Tandoori chicken once, I would usually say "once" being the key word but I really liked it, just never thought of doing it again.  thanks for the reminder and inspiration.

How about a recipe and technique?

I've made a bunch of recipes from this lady's blog.  Most are excellent.  So much so that she recently put out a cook book and i purchased it ...more because i felt i owed to her for all the great recipes.  But the book is good too with good recipes
