Seen this on you tube and thought I would try it, turned out great, smoked chuck roast for 3 hrs. with cherry and hickory forgot to take picture of the chuck roast on the keg but when it was done I put in pan and added veg. which was pot., carrots, celery, onion and garlic  then put in bloody marry mix and cooked another 3 hrs. covered in foil. sorry for the big pictures so I resized them for next time.
