I breaded some boneless and skinless chicken thighs turned out great again. I tried to post picture of plated but wouldn't load.

do you pan fry the chicken first to brown the breading like that?  Or just bread the chicken and put in the keg?

No i didnt pan fry first, i put chicken in egg wash then put in breading which was panko crumbs that I added salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
