So had some unseasonal warm temps in Edmonton Alberta and we were told we were heading into a cold snap so figured I would get to the keg one more time before in got nasty.
I had some beef ribs I bought in the summer and figured I would do a pulled pork at the same time using the additional rack in the keg.
I will say for a first time doing beef ribs I was impressed with myself!
Got a nice smoke ring, and were able to get a good bite out of them.
A side of bbq sauce and even the wife commented on how good they were!
Don’t have picks of the pulled pork but it shredded like no ones business but I am pretty consistent with that, leftovers going to be vacuum sealed and into the freezer for those cold days!
thanks!

Looks like you nailed those ribs Brent!!  I can almost taste them.  (I wish, can't find any beef ribs with meat on them around here)

Dietz, the local Walmart has beef ribs but it's hard to find any with any meat on them.  Mostly bone.

i agree.  They have some meat and by the time they are done cooking they reduce a lot.  But it does leave a tasty piece of beef.

I sure would like to find some of those like Brent presented here, those are the real deal.  He did a fantastic job on them.

Mmmmmmm.......beef ribs! Good stuff but I can only eat so much of the beef short ribs (plate ribs/chuck ribs) as they are RICH! Those look nice and juicy!
