I was just thinking about what to have for dinner tonight and I believe you just helped me figure that out. I like that pan. I ordered one, but don't have it yet.

I really like the pan, just don't put spray on it, I don't put anything on mine and it works fine and its easy to clean, I had bought the loaf pan to bake the pound cake in and when I made it on the box it said to grease and flour the pan and I didn't do that I just left it clean to see if it would work and the cake came right out. also don't put in dishwasher and don't go over 450 temp, I cooked the wings at 375 indirect I had a diffuser in there also because I didn't want the pan right over the coals, I think you will like the pan.
