We grilled rattlesnake at KF14 - wasn't a recipe to speak of though.

I asked my son to put his quail recipe on paper will add when he shares it with me - best I have ever had by far. I have friends in Alabama that send me notes about Joey's quail cooks when they happen even a restaurant in Andalusia has Joey's quail when in season

Post a recipe is what I mean of course. Rich, you didn't like that Rattlesnake? I thought it was the best Rattlesnake I'd ever eaten. Never mind that it was the ONLY Rattlesnake that I had ever eaten Cheesy

How about some bacon wrapped nilgai backstrap?






Recipe:
1. Kill 600lb nilgai
2. Harvest the back strap
3. Season with salt and pepper and wrap in bacon
4. Cook it to rare
