One thing I'd definitely like to schedule is a nice steak dinner Friday evening.

I agree. I didn't get to really enjoy the steak dinner last year. I had already partaken in some moonshine and a bunch of beers by then. I'm gonna be more careful.

Steaks Friday.....hmmm......that lends itself to scallops and shrimp on a surfboard doesn't it? Boom, there's a meal already!

Consider Friday evening's meal set with the steaks, scallops and shrimp.
I do plan to bring some boudin for grilling and eating whenever.
Might make a gumbo for SMALL servings.
Y'all still want a jambalaya? If not let me know. Won't be a problem. If I do get there on Wednesday I could make the jambalaya Thursday afternoon but whatever.
Omelets in a bag would be good for breakfasts. Easy and not messy. Toss some sausage on a Keg.

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.

I'm pretty sure Larry will be making his famous pumpkin pie for a dessert. Maybe I can throw a bread pudding together. Anyone have any other suggestions on a dessert?

Of course there will be a whiskey or rum sauce for the bread pudding.

That sounds great so far!  I'll cook whatever anyone wants.  Maybe some salmon fillets done on the Steel? They have become a staple at our house.  Maybe smash burgers for lunch or something like that.  Just throwing ideas out there.
