I have made the bbq sauce for the moinks today. I already have sauce for the PP and tomorrow will be sauce for the Brisket. All of a sudden it seems like I have 5000 things to do! Where has the time gone??

well the third strike has come and we won't be making it.

My MIL found out Friday that she needs heart surgery and my wife doesn't want to be that far away from her right now.

I know that everyone will have a good time

Well shoot! This has been a crazy couple of weeks around here. You'll be missed and I don't blame Georgia at all, family first. Prayers going out to your MIL.

Thinking of you and your family Bills - we'll miss you guys... you're practically Canadian, so that's an obvious kinship there.

Got something super nice today! Might even have something delivered to Goose Pond in the next day or two.

Well, I didn't sleep well last night. At this point I'm on no schedule to leave at a particular time. I have to load the truck and hope it all fits in there and stop at the grocery then hit the road.

nice surprise in the mail today. Goose Pond gave me a full refund of my deposit. I didn't expect that since I cancelled two days before we were supposed to show up.

don't know yet. The day we were supposed to drive to Ala, my wife took her to get the results of her latest cancer screening and got good news. This week it's been seeing the heart doctor and getting a bunch of appointments scheduled. They have to decide if she's healthy enough to have the surgery.

They made it sound like an emergency when we decided not to go but the doctors appointments are going to drag through November before they schedule the surgery.

thanks for asking
