For this year I think we will do a one day event and see what kind of turnout we get. Once the date is confirmed I will start arranging a day of keg events, tours and all sorts of goodies....  I am hoping to have some help and ideas with this so we can start an annual event that will grow for years to come. With hopes to make it a weekend event down the road.

I will not do a one day event.  Too much travel and cost.  As it is I spent a lot for a passport thinking this was going to be a long weekend event.

Larry, couldn't you still go and just visit something else for a few days?

Steph,
I have been to that area of Canada many times.

Look back to KFest14 how the time flew with all the prep and cooking. Sharing the "Libation Station" and food and getting to know each other.

What can be done at a one day event with part of the day planned to tour Broil King?

One day does not make it very attractive for our friends travelling any distance.

Perhaps the "event" can be held on one day and the tour on either the day before or after for whoever may be interested.
