Just a ONE DAY EVENT?

For this year I think we will do a one day event and see what kind of turnout we get. Once the date is confirmed I will start arranging a day of keg events, tours and all sorts of goodies....  I am hoping to have some help and ideas with this so we can start an annual event that will grow for years to come. With hopes to make it a weekend event down the road.

Consider working out plans with a hotel in the area.  Some will be traveling and may want to stay the night before or the night after.

I can only do the 8th... and since I have a key to the building, I think my vote counts double.

(Kidding, that was extra selfish of me)

That said, the other three weekends in August are chewed up with tradeshow travel for work, and July isn't much better.-
