Highly recommended!   So simple, you don't even need to translate the recipe below.  Take a pork tenderloin, season generously with your favorite spices/rub and place inside a french baguette/bread cut in half lengthwise.   Wrap in bacon like a fatty!   Smoke/cook until internal temp is at around 145 (for a bit of pink) and bacon is crisp/browned.
