By far the best chops I've ever had.  So much flavor, so gooooooood!  This is definitely added the must try again bookmark folder.  Thanks for sharing it!

I cooked these Pork Chops tonight and they turned out delicious.  Thanks for the recipe!

I also cooked some potatoes and green beans in olive oil on the cast iron skillet.  Just seasoned them with Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning.

Gotta bump this back to the top - man, these are the best pork chops ever!  Universal appraisal from everyone who has tried them.  Sent a plate over to the neighbor's a couple of weeks ago;  now every time I fire up the Bubba, he just "happens" to walk over to see if I'm cooking pork chops again.   Grin

Thanks for my favorite keg recipe.
