This was a BIG HIT AT KFEST14

Fireball Whiskey Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Use the Keg or your house oven, either way this is a great desert.

This makes 2 PIES

Pie Filling:
•   100% Pure Pumpkin – 1 can, 30 oz.  NOTE:  DO NOT USE PUMPKIN PIE MIX
                                  THIS IS PURE PUMPKIN!!!
•   Evaporated Milk – 1½ cans, 18 oz.
•   Eggs – 4
•   Sugar – 1½ cups
•   Salt – 1 teaspoon
•   Ground Ginger – 1 teaspoon
•   Ground Cloves – ½ teaspoon
•   Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey – 6 oz.

What to do:
•   Crack eggs and put in a mixing bowl.
•   Whisk and combine sugar, salt, ground ginger, ground cloves, pure pumpkin, evaporated milk, and cinnamon whiskey, (bottle has WHISKY spelling)
•   Thoroughly mix ingredients
•   Pour mixture to the top of each pie crust

   Follow baking directions on Pumpkin Can

   Chill well after cooled

   Whipped Cream for serving

I use graham cracker pie crust...the 10" ones below.
