This months throwdown subject is brisket sandwich. Either leftovers piled high or maybe ground up for a burger. Doesn't matter. As long as its brisket in between some kind of carb - its a sandwich.

Rules are as follows:

•   Pics are due by 2/8/15 8:00PM central time
•   Voting will be from 2/9/15 to 2/15/15 8:00PM central
•   Items must have been cooked between today and the 2/8/15 and cooked on the keg
•   3 pics will be submitted
•   1st pic on the keg
•   2nd pic will be plated
•   3rd pic is cooks choice
•   Dish titles have no limits but try to keep it reasonable.  We don’t want a complete list of ingredients.  I understand you may need to list some if it is hard to see what’s inside.
•   Try to remove any distinguishable things from the pics.  Plates, buildings, counter tops, etc.

Broil King has offered this prize to the winner!!!
$50 bucks in accessories.  Take your pick:

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.

Not that I have ANY clue here but I think we need to do a little side bet on this TD. Let's see who can guess who cooked what. Whomever gets the most right wins. I am going to send the winner a little something, not sure what yet, but it will be something that will be useful in your kegging habit Wink

If Alex is willing to do this that is, since he's the only one who knows who cooked what. Are you willing to tally the guesses Vindii? I know it's extra work so you're not going to upset me if you're too busy or simply don't want to bother with it. I just thought it would be fun Grin

GUESSES WILL NOT BE MADE PUBLIC ON HERE, SEND GUESSES TO VINDII VIA PM (if he decides to do this of course)
