I would have responded sooner but I was having too much fun replacing my toilet today.  Here ya go.

Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe

These are really good as shrimp tacos too.

1 lb shrimp (31-40 ct size), shelled and deveined
1/2 cup regular mayo ( I use dukes)
3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce (Asian section of grocery)
1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce (Asian section of grocery)
3-4 drops of hot chili sauce (I omit this most of the time.  My wife hates any heat)
Seasoned flour (I use Kentucky kernel brand)
Buttermilk

1.  Mix mayo and sauces for coating.
2.  Briefly soak shrimp in buttermilk.
3.  Bread shrimp in seasoned flour.
4.  Fry the shrimp until lightly brown.  Takes about 3-4 minutes in my fry daddy.
5.  Drain shrimp on paper towel.  Place shrimp in large tossing bowl and coat with the sauce.
6.  Serve in lettuce bowl and top with chopped green onions (optional)

I've heard of these at Bonefish Grill.
