No way...no how...

« on: September 01, 2014, 04:56:21 PM »

Well we started today with an appetizer of bacon wrapped Jalapeno peppers, stuffed with shrimp and cream cheese.

Going on the Keg.

All done ready to eat.

Next our main course, brisket.

And for a finishing touch an all American (by way of Germany) a HOT DOG.
I have three a year, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day, "It's the American thing to do!"

Notice my fixings are under the dog...can't drop off that way and the dog looks it's best when you can see it.

Now back to HEART HEALTHY for a few weeks  Grin

Oops, missed this one. Looks great! Cool grill marks on the dogs. Did you put smoke on the brisket? What kind of wood?

Never cook without some sort of smoke
Used Pecan for a lighter taste.... Hot Dog got the left over smoke.
