This recipe was found on ManCaveMeals on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_2SUBjEOfU
This makes a single batch but you'll want to do 2 right off the bat.

Ingredients
Plain Thick cut Bacon – 1lb
Maple Syrup - Approx. ½ Cup (enough to baste both sides of the bacon.)
Dark Brown Sugar - 1 ½ Cups, packed
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper -  ¾ teaspoon (adjust for your preferred level of heat)
White Chocolate Chips or Wafers – 1 Cup
Shortening – 1 Tablespoon
Optional Sweet Smoking Wood (Apple, Peach etc.)

Directions
Set Keg for 375°F with optional smoking wood
Lay out bacon on a wire cooking rack
Combine the dark brown sugar, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl
Baste the first side with the maple syrup and sprinkle a liberal coating of the dry mix on top
Let this set for 10 minutes then flip over and do the other side.
Set the bacon with the wire rack over a drip pan(tinfoil wrapped cookie sheet) and place on the preheated grill
Let cook for 35-40 minutes, remove when finished and let cool to room temperature
Combine and melt the white chocolate with shortening then drizzle over the cooked bacon strips.
Call family and friends to prearrange an intervention.

Enjoy

I think my heart just skipped a beat. How have I not heard of this before now? Early Father's Day present to myself this weekend coming up.

Semi-sweet chocolate dipped, sprinkled with crunchy toffee.
